I am a huge fan of Elizabeth Hartman Patterns, and I'm super excited to share her patterns with you. They are all fun unqiue patterns, and always make me happy when I look at them.

Five fabric strips will be used to make each Frances Firefly block. The blocks will be most succesfful when each block is made form five fabrics from teh same color family, in a range of values from light to dark.

A midtone neutral background fabric is recommended, as this will create contrast with both the light and dark solid block details and the colorful fabrics used to make the firefly wings.
